Check out our staff picks, tips and obsessions in this month’s edition of “What We’re Spacing Out to.”
I cannot get enough of true crime entertainment. Doesn't matter the media--TV, films, books, podcasts--I've been ravenously consuming true crime like Dahm...no, no I should stop there. Anyway, some of my recent delights include Mindhunter Season 2, To Live and Die in LA podcast and Root of Evil podcast.
Summer is usually built out of hot dogs, melting popsicles, and other foodstuffs that are either grilled outdoors or frozen solid. But my summer was actually built out of soft boiled eggs. On top of ramen, pasta, avocado toast, tuna salad, crusty bread, or even - just maybe - only a plate. I like mine 6 1/2 minutes, but I'm not here to judge.
Currently spacing out to the book, Hippie by Paulo Coelho! It's somewhat of an auto-biography, travel adventure novel. I highly recommend it.
I'm currently taking a Mindfulness Meditation teacher training online course. Meditation has been so transformational in my life, I'm looking forward to having the tools to introduce more people to it as a simple way to be centered and grounded.
