A new year. A new decade. Tons of new obsessions!
Find out what our team has been nerding out to so far this year in January 2020’s edition of “What We’re Spacing Out to.”
I'm spacing out to Dark Mode support for our Partners' websites and stores. Dark Mode isn't new for mobile apps or smartphones, but the latter half of 2019 saw Google, Apple and Microsoft follow suit by launching support for dark mode. This support doesn't cover all of their products yet, but 2020 will be the year we all go dark once and for all!
My favorite mortician (well, the only mortician I know), Caitlin Doughty, is back with another informative, captivating and delightfully macabre book. In Will My Cat Eat My Eye Balls? Doughty answers questions posed to her by "tiny mortals" (read: children) about death. Doughty's answers are fascinating and funny, and not just for kids. These are the questions adults are too shy or afraid to ask.
After nearly a decade of listening to the same Talking Heads albums over and over (and over), it was time to expand my horizons. You may recognize him as the right hand to Khaleesi herself, Grey Worm. Now, get to know actor Jacob Anderson's other alter-ego: Raleigh Ritchie. Start with "Time in a Tree" and if you like that, keep going. The dance party is next week.
I am currently spacing out to the book The Experiential Guide to Yoga as I just got back from Bali, a mecca for yoga!
I pretty much only have time to watch 1 show at a time. i just started Lost In Space season 2. I love this show because it so adventurous (I'm a sci-fi nerd) and is about family + team work.
